Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Primary Education or related field.
• Valid teaching certification or license.
• Experience in bilingual or international schools is an advantage.
• Strong classroom management and instructional skills.

Responsibilities

• Academic and pedagogical leadership: design, implement, and oversee the primary academic program; promote innovative teaching practices; analyze results and plan improvements.
• Teaching staff management: coordinate, mentor, and evaluate the primary teaching team; support professional development; recruit and induct new staff.
• Student monitoring: oversee students' academic, social, and emotional progress; implement support for diverse learners; ensure a safe, inclusive environment.
• Family engagement: communicate with parents; participate in meetings and events; address concerns.
• Administrative management: prepare reports for the primary section; coordinate timetables, assessments, and school activities; ensure regulatory compliance.
