OnTheGoSystems is seeking a hands-on marketer who has already integrated AI into daily workflows. You will own opportunities across content, SEO, email, product marketing, and acquisition, delivering measurable results through AI-powered workflows and repeatable processes.

You’ll work directly with product, development, and support teams to understand our technology and customers, iterating marketing initiatives from ideation to execution.

Formación

At OnTheGoSystems (creators of WPML and PTC), we build translation and localization products used by hundreds of thousands of people worldwide.

Marketing at OTGS is changing together with AI. AI is part of how we work every day – from research and analysis to automation, content, product development, and decision-making.

We’re looking for a hands-on marketer who has already made AI a core part of how they work. Someone who goes beyond using ChatGPT for ideas or copy and actively works with AI agents, automations, integrations, and repeatable workflows to get more done and deliver measurable results.

This is not a role where you’ll inherit a fixed marketing system. We want someone who can spot opportunities, experiment, execute, learn from the results, and help us develop a stronger way of doing marketing at OTGS.

What You’ll Work On

• Identify opportunities to improve how we attract, engage, and convert customers.
• Take an active role across content, SEO/GEO, email, product marketing, acquisition, conversion, and other marketing areas where you see potential.
• Make AI agents, automation, and integrations part of how you execute marketing work.
• Create practical AI-powered workflows that save time, improve quality, or allow us to do things we couldn’t do before.
• Experiment with new approaches, measure the outcome, and decide what is worth developing further.
• Use data and business impact to guide your priorities and evaluate your work.
• Collaborate directly with product, development, and support teams to understand our technology and customers.
• Own initiatives end to end – from identifying the opportunity and deciding what to do to execution, measurement, and iteration.

What We’d Like to See

• AI is already a core part of your way of working. You have hands‑on experience with agents, automation, integrations, or advanced AI workflows and can explain what you built and what results you achieved.
• You’re comfortable working in an environment where priorities can change and the path forward isn’t always defined in advance.
• You can think strategically, but you’re also someone who enjoys doing the actual work and turning ideas into something real.
• You understand the connection between marketing activities and business outcomes and can give concrete examples of your impact.
• You’re comfortable moving between different areas of marketing instead of staying within one narrow specialization.
• You have marketed technical products before. Experience with software, SaaS, WordPress products, developer tools, or other technical products is especially relevant.
• You’re autonomous and proactive. You can figure out what needs attention, make decisions, and keep things moving without waiting for detailed instructions.
