British International Schools XXI in Madrid is seeking an experienced Department Head to lead a dedicated team and uphold high educational standards. You will develop and implement departmental policies, monitor performance, and provide guidance to staff to meet school objectives.

With a strong focus on safeguarding, professional development, and stakeholder collaboration, you will drive continuous improvement and ensure a positive learning environment for students across the campus.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in departmental management.
  • Proven track record of successful departmental leadership.
