Head of Department seeks a hands-on Head of Housekeeping for an 80m new-build vessel currently docked in Spain. You will manage the interior shutdown, ensuring proper packing and storage of furnishings and decor while leading the interior team.

The role requires two seasons on yachts over 60m, strong inventory management skills, discretion, and fluency in Spanish is advantageous. Salary is commensurate with experience for a temporary 3-month assignment.

• Two seasons of experience as Second Stewardess or Head of House on yachts over 60m.
• Fluency in Spanish is advantageous.
• Experience during yard periods is desirable.

We are seeking a Head of Housekeeping for an 80m new-build vessel currently docked in Spain, with a busy private program cruising the Mediterranean Sea.

This hands‑on role requires a detail‑oriented leader to manage the interior shutdown process, ensuring that soft furnishings, art, and decor are carefully packed and stored.

Responsibilities include

Creating and maintaining a comprehensive digital inventory of all interior items, such as linens, guest supplies, and crew uniforms, while coordinating with the interior team on daily housekeeping tasks.

The ideal candidate will have at least two seasons of experience as a Second Stewardess or Head of House on yachts over 60m, a solid understanding of housekeeping standards, and prior experience during yard periods.

Strong organisational skills, proficiency in inventory management, and the ability to work discreetly and professionally are essential.

Fluency in Spanish and relevant interior qualifications are advantageous.

This temporary position offers an attractive salary commensurate with experience.

Temporary 3 Month Role, with potential to step up and cover whilst the Interior Manager/Chief Stew is on leave
