Hill Robinson Group is seeking a polished 2nd Stewardess for a private 53m+ sailing yacht to support service, housekeeping and laundry within a discreet interior team.

The ideal candidate has luxury hospitality experience, impeccable presentation and a proactive, adaptable approach. Experience in high-end restaurants or VIP guest relations is a plus. Start date to be confirmed; Caribbean/Pacific itinerary; salary paid in Euros, DOE, 90 days leave.

Formación

• Minimum 3 seasons experience as Stewardess on a yacht of similar size.
• Luxury hospitality, fine dining or VIP guest-service background is preferred.
• Confident in formal and informal service.
• Good housekeeping, laundry and wardrobe-care skills.
• Wine, cocktail or barista experience is advantageous.
• Excellent personal presentation, discretion and attention to detail.
• Professional, adaptable and able to work with an interior team.
• Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork.

2nd Stewardess – Private 53m+ S/Y

The sailing yacht is seeking a polished, personable and service-oriented candidate with a solid background in the role. A background in luxury hospitality will be considered as a plus. The ideal candidate will be confident working across service, housekeeping and laundry, with excellent attention to detail, professional presentation and a positive, adaptable approach.

Candidates with experience in high-end restaurants, hotels, private members’ clubs, luxury events, wine service or VIP guest relations will be particularly well-suited to the position.

Start date: To be confirmed

Itinerary: Caribbean / Pacific

Package: Salary paid in Euros, DOE, 90 days leave

Experience/Skills required

• Ideally, a minimum of 3 season’s experience as a Stewardess on a similar-sized yacht
• Strong luxury hospitality, fine dining or VIP guest-service background
• Confident assisting with formal and informal service
• Good housekeeping, laundry and wardrobe-care skills
• Wine, cocktail, barista or table-setting experience would be advantageous
• Excellent personal presentation, discretion and attention to detail
• Professional, adaptable and comfortable working within an established interior team
• Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills
