Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a senior growth leader in Madrid. You will own growth strategy for Cinema, drive high‑impact initiatives, and collaborate across international markets with top management.

You will lead data-driven decision making, manage teams, and work closely with founders to scale Fever’s events and experiences globally.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, marketing or business-related roles.
• Advanced understanding of core growth strategies including email, push/SMS and social.
• Engineering or maths/data analytics background required.

Meet The Team

Growth is the team responsible for driving Fever’s content portfolio across all verticals and markets, ensuring the successful execution of the company’s business plan.

We act as strategic consultants, supporting both our partners and in-house projects to achieve their performance goals, while working closely with external and internal stakeholders.

Our decisions are data-driven at every level, from strategy to execution, enabling us to deeply understand Fever’s business model and collaborate effectively across teams to guide the company’s growth in the right direction.

The Role

• Partner with Cinema GM, taking full responsibility for its growth strategy and performance
• Define and implement new growth strategies to improve key business metrics and enhance overall company performance
• Lead high-impact, end-to-end projects and initiatives
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across international markets
• Report directly to the Global Growth Director, working closely with top management and founders

Who You Are

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, marketing or business-related roles
• Deep understanding of core growth strategies, including but not limited to email, push/SMS and social
• Entertainment marketing experience and knowledge of theatrical, home entertainment or gaming
• Proven track record of building trust and effectively leading teams or key projects
• You have an Engineering bachelor's (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications, or Aeronautics) or a Maths / Statistics / Data Analytics / Strategy background
• Strong data-driven mindset: you use numbers to inform strategic and business decisions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work successfully across multiple disciplines and business areas
• Advanced English level; additional languages are a plus
• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Experience managing teams of skilled professionals
