Autodesk is seeking a Director, Forma Design Industry Strategy to define the strategy and go-to-market for Forma design applications, including Forma Site Design and Forma Building Design. You will lead a strategy team, turning insights into a clear point of view and working with product, sales, marketing, and industry leadership across Europe and the US.

• 10+ years in strategy, GTM, product, or management consulting, with close AEC exposure.
• Proven leadership delivering measurable business results.
• Deep understanding of AEC workflows and digital transformation opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Define strategy and GTM for Autodesk Forma design portfolio (Forma Site & Building Design).
• Lead evangelism, external representation, and customer storytelling to drive adoption.
• Collaborate with Forma design product, sales, marketing, and leadership to align on roadmap and messaging.
• Establish operating rhythm to keep strategy, messaging, and field execution connected.
