Job summary

Titan OS in Barcelona is seeking an entrepreneurial and performance-driven DSP Partnership Director to lead the implementation, optimization, and measurement of performance campaigns across CTV in the European market.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in CTV advertising and DSPs with a deep understanding of performance marketing, data-driven audience targeting, and campaign optimization. This person will drive growth and meet performance objectives across campaigns.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic media or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing CTV performance campaigns using DSPs in Europe.
• Strong understanding of CTV ecosystem, programmatic buying, and optimization.
• Ability to analyze data, identify drivers, and implement optimizations.
• Experience in performance reporting and translating results into actions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of performance campaigns on CTV with DSPs in Europe.
• Define and activate data segments and audience targeting strategies.
• Monitor delivery and performance against KPIs; optimize targeting, bidding, budgets.
• Own the percentage of campaigns meeting KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop performance reports and translate results into actionable learnings.
• Establish best practices for implementation, optimization, measurement, and reporting.
