Roche Madrid is seeking a security-focused specialist to join the Enterprise Privileged Access Management team, focusing on HashiCorp Vault, secret management, automation, and DevSecOps practices. You will contribute to a broad IAM program while supporting cloud platforms and infrastructure tooling.

You will operate within a multicultural, global team, applying IaC, CI/CD, and security controls to deliver automated, reliable capabilities. English proficiency is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering or related certs.
• 1–3 years in IT operations or security in a global or regulated env.
• Strong PAM concepts with hands-on Vault experience.
• DevOps, IaC tooling, REST APIs, and cloud IAM knowledge.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Vault Development & Automation: implement secret management, automation, and self-service portals.
• Pipeline Integration: enhance IaC toolchains and integrate secure workflows across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Operations & Support: Tier 3 contact, ITIL/GxP/Agile practices, 24x7 incident support.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work with global teams to elicit requirements and communicate updates.
