ING is seeking a skilled Windows/Linux system administrator with CyberArk Password Vault experience to join our Madrid hub. You will manage privileged access, system configurations, and security policies in a large financial environment.

You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, collaborate across teams, and ensure compliance with security standards. Fluency in English (B2) and strong problem-solving are essential.

Formación

• Strong background in Windows Server or Linux with at least 3 years of experience.
• Hands-on CyberArk Password Vault maintenance and system administration.
• Experience delivering CyberArk solutions in implementation and rollout.
• Proficient in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment and strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English level (B2) and good communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain CyberArk Password Vault environments, including users, groups, policies, and security configurations.
• Support deployment and integration of CyberArk components within secure environments.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement infrastructure solutions.
• Write and maintain scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and security issues.
• Contribute to process improvements and stay updated with industry trends.
• Work in Madrid-based hubs within a large financial group, in an agile setting.

We are looking for you if…

• You have a strong background in Windows Server or Linux environment with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• You possess extensive knowledge and hands‑on experience with CyberArk Password Vault maintenance and system administration, you have actively delivered CyberArk solutions while working on implementation, maintenance, and rollout of new components

Important note: This role does not involve routine operational tasks such as accounts vaulting, un‑vaulting, safe’s creation. Background experience in Non Personal Account management would be a good starting point for junior position only.

• You are proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• You are familiar with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• You are comfortable working in an Agile development environment.
• You have excellent problem‑solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• You are a team player with good communication skills.
• You have a fluent level of English – at least B2 level

• Relevant certifications in DevOps or CyberArk.
• Contributions to open‑source projects or a strong personal portfolio.
• Experience with security best practices and compliance standards, especially in the financial sector.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, or Google Cloud.

Your responsibilities

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the processes and practices.
• Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Windows/Linux administrators with CyberArk Password Vault experience to join our team within the new Hubs Spain (based in Madrid). Our team of dedicated professionals is responsible for managing the global CyberArk Password Vault and Privileged Session Manager services for a large financial group, collaborating with colleagues across Europe.
