Perruqueria in Mallorca's Campos is seeking a Hairdresser Assistant to join the team and support daily salon operations.

You will assist with washing, blow-drying, and prep, help senior stylists with treatments, and ensure a welcoming, hygienic environment for clients. The position is permanent, part-time (30 hours) with a Tue-Fri 12:00–18:00 and Sat 09:30–15:30 schedule.

In this position, you will play an essential role in daily salon operations, ensuring clients receive top-quality service in a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

As a Hairdresser Assistant, you will support the team in delivering excellent hair care services and maintaining smooth salon workflows. Your main responsibilities include:

• Assisting with hair washing, blow-drying, and hair preparation
• Helping senior stylists with various specialized hair treatments
• Welcoming clients and delivering attentive customer service
• Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper hygiene throughout the salon

To be successful in this role, you should bring relevant training and hands‑on experience in the hairdressing industry. The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

• Intermediate vocational training degree in Hairdressing and Hair Cosmetics (CFGM or equivalent)
• At least 12 months of previous experience working in a hair salon
• Strong interpersonal and customer care skills
• Reliability, cleanliness, and attention to detail

This position offers a permanent contract with a part-time schedule of 30 hours per week. Working hours are from Tuesday to Friday between 12:00 and 18:00, and Saturdays from 09:30 to 15:30. The gross monthly salary for this 30-hour weekly schedule is 1,159.37 EUR.
