Sandoz is seeking an experienced IBP professional to coordinate demand, supply and financial inputs across functions in a complex multi-market environment.

You will manage IBP cycle calendars, support forums, and ensure clear discussion topics, tracking decisions and actions to closure. Fluent English is required for a global scope role with hybrid work options.

Formación

• 5–10 years in supply chain, planning, finance or commercial roles.
• Experience in commercial planning, demand planning or S&OP/IBP environments.
• Strong cross-functional exposure and business understanding.
• Experience working in complex, multi-market environments.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Experience in generics preferred.
• Fluent English mandatory.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate demand, supply and financial inputs across functions
• Ensure data readiness and alignment prior to IBP forums

Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.
