Pramac, a Generac Company, seeks a General Manager to drive growth in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. You will define the commercial strategy, build the sales organization, and oversee manufacturing operations to ensure quality and efficiency.

Reporting to the regional GM, you will manage P&L, coordinate with R&D, supply chain, and quality teams to align capacity with demand and deliver sustainable results.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Experience in business development, sales management, and operational leadership.
• Strong knowledge of the power generation industry, including diesel and gas generator sets.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain with a focus on market growth and customer acquisition.
• Build, lead, and develop the local sales organization and channel partner network.
• Lead the setup and operational management of the Bahrain manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Manage full Profit & Loss responsibility across sales and production operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, supply chain, and quality teams to align production capacity with market demand.
