Formación

• Experience in food & beverage service beneficial but not essential.
• Hands-on approach with a can-do work style.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Personal integrity and ability to work in an environment that demands excellence.
• Experience with IT systems on various platforms.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supports the smooth running of the food & beverage department, delivering service to the highest standards.
• Works as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and timely responses.
• Takes responsibility for duties, ensuring timely and professional completion.
• Delivers on departmental plans and hotel initiatives.
• Collaborates with their immediate report to control costs, inventory, and productivity.
• Builds relationships while promoting company culture and values.
• Ensures adherence to legislation and audit documentation.
