Radisson Hotel Group busca un/una Asistente de Alimentos y Bebidas para unirse a su equipo dinámico en Sevilla. Buscamos personas con pasión por la hospitalidad y la experiencia en servicio de F&B, con enfoque en el cliente y la entrega de experiencias memorables.

Se valorará experiencia previa en servicio de alimentos y bebidas y una actitud proactiva para apoyar el departamento y contribuir al éxito de las iniciativas del hotel.

Formación

• Experiencia en servicio de food & beverage es beneficiosa pero no imprescindible.
• Actitud práctica con enfoque de hacer; estilo de trabajo can-do.

Responsabilidades

• Apoya el correcto funcionamiento del área de comida y bebida, asegurando que el servicio alcance los máximos estándares.
• Trabaja en equipo para maximizar la satisfacción y confort de los huéspedes, respondiendo de forma rápida a sus consultas.
• Asume las tareas asignadas y garantiza que el trabajo se realice de forma oportuna y profesional.
• Contribuye a los planes y objetivos del departamento, logrando iniciativas y metas del hotel.
• Colabora con su supervisado directo para controlar costes e inventarios y aumentar la productividad.
• Construye y mantiene relaciones laborales efectivas mientras se promueven la cultura y valores de la empresa.
• Asegura cumplimiento de legislación y prácticas de diligencia para auditorías internas y externas.

We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our vibrant team. • Supports the smooth running of the food & beverage department, where all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels
• Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries
• Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner
• Delivers on departmental plans and objectives, where hotel initiatives & targets are achieved
• Collaborates with their immediate report, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values.
• Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage service beneficial but not essential
• Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
• Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned
• Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
• Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
