Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GTM Software Engineer based in Spain.

We are looking for a hands-on GTM Software Engineer to build and scale a next-generation go-to-market operating system within a fast-growing international SaaS organization. In this role, you will combine software engineering, data intelligence, and commercial thinking to transform how marketing, sales, and growth teams operate. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will work closely with leadership, engineering, product, and design teams to develop systems that improve customer targeting, pipeline generation, and revenue performance. You will design and ship production-ready solutions, unify data across global markets, and create new self-service customer journeys. With a strong emphasis on autonomy, rapid iteration, and end-to-end ownership, you will see your work go live quickly and deliver measurable business impact. This is an opportunity to rethink traditional go-to-market processes through engineering and innovation.

Accountabilities
  • Design and build a global go-to-market operating system by transforming existing workflows into scalable software features and integrated processes.

  • Develop solutions that help commercial teams identify and target the right customers at the right time, improving efficiency and business performance.

  • Build a unified data and intelligence infrastructure that consolidates information across markets and creates a reliable single source of truth.

  • Develop new growth opportunities and self-service customer journeys in collaboration with design, product, and onboarding teams.

  • Work directly within production codebases to build and deploy features that improve the user experience and support everyday business operations.

  • Collaborate with the CEO, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and other stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into practical technical solutions.

  • Deliver projects through rapid, iterative development cycles, prioritizing solutions that generate measurable value.

  • Take end-to-end ownership of delivered systems, including architecture, development, deployment, monitoring, documentation, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvements.

  • Engage directly with internal users to understand their workflows, gather feedback, and continuously improve the systems they rely on.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize go-to-market processes through engineering, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a commercially minded software engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, building systems from first principles, and taking ownership of projects from conception to deployment. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The following skills and experience are expected:

  • Previous experience in a fast-growing, international SaaS company is highly desirable.

  • Strong software engineering capabilities and the ability to independently deliver projects from initial design through production deployment.

  • Systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to challenge traditional approaches and develop scalable solutions from first principles.

  • Experience working iteratively, prioritizing minimum viable solutions that deliver meaningful business value before expanding functionality.

  • Ability to move quickly while maintaining high standards of code quality, reliability, and maintainability.

  • Versatility and adaptability, with an interest in working across different technical challenges, from internal applications to data pipelines and integrations.

  • Strong user-centric mindset, including the ability to engage directly with users and translate their feedback into impactful product improvements.

  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how engineering contributes to pipeline generation, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts and trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Benefits
  • Competitive compensation: Attractive salary and benefits package.

  • Fully remote work: Join a remote-first international organization with colleagues working across different countries.

  • Meaningful mission: Contribute to digital healthcare solutions that help professionals improve patient care.

  • Professional development: Access to continuous learning opportunities and career growth.

  • Autonomy and ownership: Take responsibility for impactful projects and see your work reach production quickly.

  • Modern tools: Access to the technology and tools needed to perform your work effectively.

  • International collaboration: Work alongside talented colleagues from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds.

  • Company events: Opportunities to connect with teammates through regular company-wide events.

  • Innovative environment: Help shape new engineering approaches to marketing, sales, and business growth.

We use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements. Our system identifies the top-fitting candidates, and this shortlist is then shared directly with the hiring company. The final decision and next steps (interviews, assessments) are managed by their internal team.

We appreciate your interest and wish you the best!
