ITP Aero Group in Spain seeks a Process Engineer to define, review and optimize procedures for GTF powerplant maintenance. You will collaborate with Engineering Disciplines, Operations and Pratt & Whitney MRO teams to support Turnaround Time, Cost and Quality objectives.

Responsibilities include defining and updating engine disassembly and assembly procedures, specifying tooling, providing operation support, developing alternative solutions compliant with Part 145, analyzing process stability

Formación

• Engineering or technical degree, preferably Aeronautics.
• Languages: Spanish and fluent English.
• Experience in engineering roles similar to this position.

• Define required process tooling and consumables and manage tooling revision control.
• Provide strong support to Operations and troubleshoot process-related issues.
• Develop, approve and implement alternative process and tooling solutions per Part 145.
• Analyse process stability to improve First Pass Yield performance.
• Prepare dedicated process sheets and work instructions for Operations.
• Lead industrialization of critical processes, including OEM-controlled builds.

Area and Subarea

Position to which it reports GTF Powerplant Manager

Objective As a Process Engineer, your mission will be to define, review and optimize procedures, ensuring efficiency and quality in the maintenance of GTF powerplants. You will work closely with all Engineering Disciplines, Operations and Pratt & Whitney MRO teams, providing effective solutions to support Turnaround Time (TAT), Cost and Quality objectives.

Main responsibilities

• Define, maintain, review and optimize engine disassembly and assembly procedures.
• Define required process tooling and consumables and manage tooling revision control.
• Provide strong support to Operations, ensuring robust and failure-free procedures, and troubleshoot process-related issues when required.
• Develop, approve and implement alternative process and tooling solutions in accordance with Part 145 requirements.
• Analyse process stability to improve First Pass Yield performance.
• Prepare dedicated process sheets and work instructions to support Operations when required.
• Lead the industrialization of critical processes, including OEM-controlled build activities.

Profile requirements

Eduaction Engineering or technical degree (preferrably Aeronautic))

Languages Spanish and Fluent english

Experience Demonstrated professional engineering experience in similar positions

Technical skills

• Knowledge of aircraft engine maintenance processes
• Ability to interpret and manage OEM technical documentation
• Knowledge of quality standards, certification requirements and procedures (Civil and Military)
• SAP knowledge
