ITP Aero Group in Ajalvir, Madrid region, seeks a Repair Engineer (F/M/X) to reinforce the Repair Engineering team. You will define and optimize repair processes for gas turbine hardware, ensuring safety, robustness, and cost/time efficiency.

You will coordinate with engineering specialists, define validation strategies, validate tooling, and support operators daily. You will liaise with OEMs for deviations and participate in meetings and audits.

Formación

• Degree in Aeronautical/Industrial/Materials engineering.
• Knowledge of project management and critical path analysis.
• Experience with repair/manufacturing processes in aerospace.
• Familiarity with aerospace materials and standards.

Responsabilidades

• Define and support repair processes for gas turbine hardware.
• Coordinate with Repair Engineering specialists to define and validate processes.
• Define validation strategies for internal and external repair requirements.
• Validate tooling and machinery used in repair processes.
• Provide technical support to operators on processes and products.
• Collaborate with OEMs to propose solutions and obtain approvals.
• Represent ITP Aero in technical meetings and audits.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis and implement preventive actions.
• Improve maintenance standards for engines under design responsibility.
• Lead new product introduction and new capabilities in MRO.
