Airbus Defence and Space is seeking an entry-level TASSE64 Ground Support Equipment Engineer for the MRTT GSE department in Getafe (Madrid area). The role covers specification, supplier support, design follow-up, prototype manufacturing, and on-aircraft validation, with responsibilities including customer support and installation assistance in a multinational team environment. Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish (oral and written).
• Strong teamwork and open mindset.
• Good verbal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical specifications and gather requirements.
• Support supplier selection and design follow-up.
• Follow prototype manufacturing and validation.
• Coordinate equipment validation on aircraft and testing.
• Provide GSE recommendations to customers and perform site surveys.
• Assist other departments and support installation/commissioning of GSE at customer sites.
