Ebury is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for Madrid (Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day WFH) to drive growth modelling and deliver data-driven insights for our global sales engine.

You will own predicting models like lead scoring, conversion, and profitability, using Python and cloud-based tools, with collaboration across data engineers and sales analysts to deploy actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science or related roles.
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and ML models with ability to interpret results.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to align models with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth modelling innovations and refine models for sales enablement.
• Develop and refine lead scoring, conversion, and profitability models in Python.
• Analyse sales data to identify patterns and opportunities to improve lead scoring & sales strategies.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Sales Analysts to integrate models into sales enablement platforms.
• Support the adoption of advanced analytics tools within the sales team.
