Role Overview

We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to help us build a vibrant online community and prepare for a successful crowdfunding campaign.

You will be responsible for crafting and executing a community‑first growth strategy that drives visibility, early adoption, and buzz across social platforms.

This is an equity‑only role for now — perfect for someone entrepreneurial, who believes in the power of AI + art and wants to grow alongside a founding team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Kickstarter pre‑launch marketing strategy
• Build and engage a community across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter/X, Discord, and Reddit
• Generate leads and sign‑ups for early backers
• Track engagement, optimise content, and analyse performance data
• Collaborate closely with the founder and product designer

Ideal Profile

• Proven experience in growth marketing, especially in early‑stage startups or crowdfunding
• Strong background in social media strategy and community building
• Familiarity with Kickstarter or other crowdfunding platforms is a big plus
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Proficiency in analytics tools and basic marketing automation
• Hands‑on, creative, and not afraid to experiment
• Based in Barcelona
