Sweat Pants Agency LLC is seeking a performance media buyer to drive growth for DTC/ecommerce brands across Meta and TikTok. You will craft testing roadmaps, guide creative strategy, and communicate results to clients with urgency and clarity.

You will own paid media strategies, manage multi‑million dollar budgets per client, develop angles with editors, and partner with UGC creators to build winning ad variations while avoiding generic “best practices.”

Formación

• Hands-on experience scaling ecommerce brands.
• Ability to manage paid media across Meta and TikTok.
• Proven track record with CPA/ROAS metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce clients across Meta and TikTok
• Build creative testing roadmaps — develop angles, write briefs for editors, analyze what's working
• Manage ad budgets ranging from $30k / mo to $1m / mo per client
• Diagnose the full funnel — spot whether issues are creative, offer, or conversion
• Communicate clearly with clients — present results, plans, and next steps
• Work with UGC creators — source talent, write scripts, direct content when needed
