Verisure in Madrid seeks a Portfolio Strategy Analyst to translate customer behavior into actionable initiatives across marketing, retention and product teams.

You will analyze alarm usage drivers, pricing impact, and identify growth opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, multilingual environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, economics, or other analytical field.
• 2-3+ years of experience in leading consulting firms or start-up environments.
• Experience in a multi-national and multi-cultural setting.
• Strong analytical skills to drive insights and present data-supported conclusions.
• Excellent written and oral presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Understand alarm-usage drivers and their impact on KPIs (e.g., churn, upsell).
• Identify initiatives to bridge expected vs. actual alarm usage.
• Analyze portfolio pricing performance with focus on retention policies.
• Identify product/service opportunities based on customer behavior.
• Align stakeholders on a shared roadmap with prioritized initiatives.
• Design and implement alarm-usage strategies with local teams.

In this role you drive portfolio strategy for Verisure’s alarm-based offerings, partnering with Portfolio Marketing and cross-functional teams to translate customer behavior into concrete initiatives. You’ll analyze alarm usage drivers, pricing impact, and opportunities for product investment to sustain growth and retention. You’ll align local marketing, retention, and product teams to execute a shared roadmap. This is a hands-on, cross-border role in Madrid with a strong emphasis on analytics and impact.
