Puig in Barcelona is seeking a motivated Group NWC & Cash Flow Controller to join our Finance team. You will provide accurate analysis of net working capital and cash flow, translating movements into business insights to support decision making.

Responsibilities include Group NWC analysis, cash flow forecasting, performance reporting, and driving process improvements with ERP tools (SAP) and consolidation systems. Fluency in English and a finance background are required.

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• +4 years of experience in audit or finance with exposure to balance sheet analysis, cash flow and working capital management.
• Strong understanding of balance sheet mechanics, cash flow dynamics and net working capital drivers.
• Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear and actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Group Net Working Capital Analysis and explaining movements vs prior periods
• Group Cash Flow Analysis & Forecasting with alignment to budget/forecast
• Performance reporting and communication to management
• Process improvement and governance, including automation initiatives
• Cross-functional coordination with Treasury, AP/AR, Controlling and Operations
