Verisure is seeking a Group AI Junior Counsel to join the Group Legal team in Madrid. You will support AI governance, compliance, and risk management across the group, providing practical legal guidance to business stakeholders and drafting AI-related contracts.

The role reports to the Group Lead AI Counsel and collaborates with Data Protection, Information Security, Compliance and other functions, supporting AI deployments and regulatory engagement in a fast-moving environment.

Formación

• Qualified lawyer with experience advising in AI, technology law and digital regulation.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and continuous improvement of Verisure's AI Compliance and Risk Governance Framework.
• Conduct legal assessments of AI use cases through Verisure's governance platform.
• Provide practical legal guidance to business stakeholders throughout the AI assessment and approval process.
• Collaborate with Data Protection, Information Security, Compliance and other governance functions.
• Support the review, drafting and negotiation of AI-related contracts and supplier arrangements.
• Advise on legal, regulatory and contractual aspects of AI systems and services.
• Provide legal guidance to AI Officers and business stakeholders across the Group.
• Develop and deliver AI legal training and awareness materials.
• Support regulatory affairs and public policy activities related to AI.
• Contribute to recurring AI governance meetings, reporting activities and broader Legal team initiatives.

Group AI Counsel

Verisure is seeking a talented, dynamic and commercially minded Group AI Junior Counsel to become part of a passionate team enabling sustainable business growth through the responsible adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The role forms part of our fast-evolving and highly engaged Group Legal team and reports to the Group Lead AI Counsel, who reports to the Group IP & AI Legal Director. The position will be based in Malmö or Madrid.

The successful candidate will help shape the compliance and risk governance framework supporting AI across Verisure and partner with colleagues across the Company on AI assessments. Working closely with Technology, Product, Data Protection, Information Security, Procurement, Compliance and business teams across the Group, the role combines legal advice, governance, policy development, training, regulatory engagement and support for AI deployment.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with experience advising in one or more areas of AI, technology law and digital regulation, together with a genuine enthusiasm for emerging technologies.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A law degree and up to 5 years' post-qualification experience.
• Experience in AI, technology law, digital regulation, commercial contracts, intellectual property, software and SaaS transactions or related areas.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment.
• Strong legal drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
