You will create vector files, cut and engrave on acrylic and wood, support the workshop, operate power tools safely, and help organize projects to ensure high quality.

The role offers a stable full-time schedule from Monday to Friday with either 08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00.

Formación

• Proficient in standard graphic design software.
• Previous experience in design or fabrication is valued.
• Familiarity with electric tools and workshop techniques is advantageous.
• Good command of English for communication and technical tasks.
• Driving license is an asset.

In this role, your daily work bridges digital design and material processing. You will work closely with production materials to deliver precision results. Your main tasks include:

• Developing, adjusting, and preparing vector files and layouts in design software
• Executing precise cutting and engraving jobs on various materials, such as methacrylate (acrylic), wood, and other media
• Providing active support across the workshop floor during fabrication and assembly
• Handling relevant machinery and electric power tools safely and accurately
• Assisting the team with project organization to maintain high production quality

To succeed in this position, you should bring the following profile:

Required profile

• Essential expertise and fluent command of standard graphic design software programs
• Previous professional experience in a graphic design or fabrication role is strongly valued
• Practical familiarity with electric power tools and workshop techniques is considered an advantage
• A high level of English language skills is valued for clear communication and technical tasks
• A valid driving license is an asset for this role

This is a full-time position with a regular working week from Monday to Friday. The scheduled shift will be either from 08:00 to 16:00 or from 09:00 to 17:00, offering a balanced schedule with free weekends to enjoy everything Mallorca has to offer.
