Responsibilities

• Дизайн мерча и POS-материалов, создание иллюстраций
• Создание анимаций и коротких видеороликов для онлайн-платформ
• Ретуширование и обработка изображений
• Дальнейшее развитие фирменного стиля и обеспечение единообразия бренда во всех медиа
• Сотрудничество с внешними партнерами и проектными командами
• Самостоятельное управление проектной документацией, печатными заказами, маршрутизацией и временем

XAL creates appliances, electrical, and electronics products.

Задачи:

• Conceptualize, design, and implement graphic projects and advertising materials from the initial idea through print-ready artwork, in collaboration with the graphic design team
• Design digital advertising materials, newsletters, and social media formats
• Design merchandise and POS materials, and create illustrations
• Create animations and short-form videos for online platforms
• Retouch and edit images
• Further develop the corporate design and ensure a consistent brand appearance across all media
• Collaborate with external partners, including printers, photographers, lithographers, and rendering studios, and work closely with project management
• Independently manage project organization, including print enquiries, invoicing, scheduling, and time management
• Make corrections, prepare final artwork, and perform quality control of print materials

Требования:

• Degree in Graphic Design or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a designer
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Experience in UX/UI design and user-centered design methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, particularly prototyping and design system management
• Strong understanding of corporate design, brand identities, usability principles, and current digital trends
• Creativity, a strong sense of aesthetics, and a keen eye for composition, color, and typography
• Passion for design and architecture, with a structured, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach
• Good written and spoken English (minimum B2 level)
• Applications must be written in English
