Кандидат должен владеть Figma на продвинутом уровне и уметь работать с кросс‑функциональными командами, создавая масштабируемые дизайн‑системы и продвигая бизнес‑цели через дизайн.

Formación

• Опыт дизайна цифровых проектов более 10 лет.
• Опыт работы над индивидуальными цифровыми проектами с нуля, без шаблонов.
• Владение Figma на уровне компонентов, авто‑ра layouts и продвинутого прототипирования.
• Портфолио премиум сайтов, ecommerce и цифровых продуктов.
• Исключительная эстетика, внимание к деталям.
• Умение понимать бизнес‑цели дизайна, конверсии и путь клиента.
• Полная автономия и защита решений данными.
• Кандидаты с менее чем 10 годами опыта не рассматриваются.
• Желательно: Motion, Accessibility, туризм или гостеприимство, базовые знания фронтенда.

Responsabilidades

eMascaró has been creating premium digital projects for the tourism, hospitality, and leisure sectors for over 25 years. It works with hotels and brands to create distinctive digital experiences, and its projects have received international digital design awards.

Задачи

• Design bespoke digital experiences for hotels, destinations, and premium brands, from concept through final pixel delivery;
• Create and maintain scalable design systems;
• Collaborate closely with strategy, content, and development teams throughout projects;
• Raise the visual and experiential quality of the work.

Требования

• More than 10 years of experience designing digital projects;
• Proven experience with bespoke digital projects, designed from scratch rather than based on templates or themes;
• Expert command of Figma, including components, variables, auto layout, advanced prototyping, and robust, scalable design systems;
• A portfolio demonstrating premium websites, ecommerce, and digital products;
• Exceptional aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail;
• Ability to understand the business goals behind design, including conversion, customer journey, and brand;
• Full autonomy and the ability to defend design decisions with sound judgment and data;
• Candidates with less than 10 years of experience will not be considered;
• Nice to have: motion, accessibility, tourism or hospitality experience, basic front-end knowledge.
