Adform is inviting a Graphic Design Intern to join the Marketing Design Team in Madrid. You will support the creation of visuals for global campaigns, social media, events, and brand communications while learning from experienced designers in an international adtech setting.

This full-time on-site internship is designed for students enrolled in a university or school program, offering practical design experience, mentorship, and exposure to global projects from day one.

• Support creation of visuals for global marketing campaigns, social media, events, and brand materials.
• Assist in designing presentations, reports, and marketing collateral.
• Help produce content for websites, emails, and digital channels.
• Contribute to creative development for events, conferences, and webinars.
• Assist with motion graphics, video editing, and animated content creation.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers and stakeholders to realise ideas.
• Help maintain brand identity across materials.

About the Role and Team

As a Graphic Design Intern, you will support Adform's Marketing Design Team in creating engaging visual content for global campaigns, social media, events, presentations, and brand communications. Working alongside experienced designers and marketers, you'll gain hands‑on experience, contribute to real projects, and develop your creative skills in an international adtech environment. You will join our team in Madrid and collaborate with colleagues across different countries and functions. It is a supportive and creative environment where curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn are highly valued. We hope you are ready to change the game!

Please note that this internship is intended for students currently enrolled in a university or school program and cannot be undertaken after graduation.

• Support the creation of visual assets for global marketing campaigns, social media, events, and brand communications.
• Assist in designing presentations, reports, case studies, and other marketing materials used by Adform teams worldwide.
• Help produce content for websites, social media channels, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Contribute to the creative development of industry events, conferences, webinars, and company initiatives.
• Assist with motion graphics, video editing, and animated content creation.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to bring creative ideas to life.
• Help maintain consistency across visual materials while supporting the development of Adform's brand identity.
• Explore new design trends, creative inspiration, and AI-powered tools that can enhance the team's work.

We can grow together faster if you have:

• Studies in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Digital Arts, or a related field.
• A portfolio showcasing your academic, personal, or freelance design projects.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar design tools).
• Interest in digital design, branding, marketing, and visual storytelling.
• An eye for layout, typography, colour, and visual detail.
• Curiosity, creativity, and eagerness to learn.
• Good written and spoken English.

Stand out by having (Optional):

• Experience with motion design, video editing, or animation projects.
• Familiarity with Figma or other design tools.
• Interest in AI-powered creative tools.
• Experience creating content for social media, student organisations, personal brands, or other creative projects.
