Adform in Madrid is seeking a Graphic Designer to translate client ideas into digital banner visuals that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals. You will prepare assets in multiple sizes, organize files for a clean handoff to the engineering team, and collaborate with Creative Solutions Project Managers and Engineers in a fast-paced adtech environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience in performance creative or digital advertising.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual detail.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines across formats.
• Structured workflow and organized file management.
• Curiosity and openness to feedback in a creative team.
• Good written and spoken English; proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Create digital banner visuals that follow client requirements and brand guidelines.
• Prepare assets in various sizes and formats for handoff to engineering.
• Organize files clearly to support smooth collaboration and handoff.
• Collaborate with Creative Solutions Project Managers and Engineers to ensure timely delivery.
• Produce visuals for social media, presentations, and events in collaboration with marketing.
