Revolut is launching a 12‑month Graduate Programme for ambitious graduates to work with our engineering teams on real projects that shape the future of finance. You’ll gain hands-on experience, structured training, and guidance from experts, with exposure to Python, SQL, and data platforms.

Top performers may receive a full-time role after the programme. The role is hybrid, requiring travel to a Revolut office and collaboration with cross-functional squads across global fintech services.

Formación

• 2:1 degree or equivalent
• Graduating in 2025, 2026, or 2027
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, maths, physics, or related field
• Portfolio of coding projects or open-source contributions
• Great problem-solving skills
• Proactive, ambitious, and results-driven mindset
• Effective communication and organisational skills
• Fluency in English
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, diverse team environment
• Full-time availability from early or late 2027 (hybrid role with 3 days/week in office)

Responsabilidades

• Build APIs that are well-designed and scalable
• Create data pipelines to support reporting, analytics, and data science
• Collaborate in cross-functional squads to design new data models and flows
• Expand knowledge of Python and SQL through real-world projects
• Work with engineers experienced in distributed systems
• Manage tasks, track progress, and deliver outcomes
• Share updates with global teams and learn from senior engineers
• Use regular feedback to accelerate development
