Revolut Ltd is launching its Graduate Programme 2027: Software Engineer (Android). Over 12 months you’ll join our Android engineers to design and deliver features used by millions, working with Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, RxJava, and MVVM in a TDD environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, maths, physics, or a related field.
Solid problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
Fluency in English and good communication skills.
Portfolio of coding projects or open-source contributions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Designers on new feature design and prototyping.
Shape the user experience from wireframes to implementation and release.
Build elegant solutions in partnership with designers and product teams.
Help define and maintain visual guidelines for consistency across the app.
Prototype new interactions based on peer and user feedback.
Develop expertise with the Android SDK.
Manage tasks, track progress, and deliver outcomes.

Join us from anywhere

The Graduate Programme is open to international applicants willing to relocate to one of our tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE, or the UK. We’ll support you with visa assistance, travel costs, and your first month of accommodation (conditions apply). You’ll be expected to spend around 3 days per week in the office (where role and location allow).

What you'll be doing

Collaborating with Product Designers on new feature design and prototyping
Shaping the user experience, from wireframes and mockups to implementation and release
Building elegant solutions in partnership with designers and product teams
Helping define and maintain visual guidelines to ensure consistency across the app
Prototyping new interactions based on peer and user feedback
Developing expertise with the Android SDK
Managing tasks, tracking progress, and delivering outcomes

Using regular feedback to accelerate your development

What you'll need

A predicted or achieved 2:1 (or equivalent grade)
To have graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027
A portfolio of coding projects or open-source contributions
A degree in computer science, maths, physics, or a similar field
Solid problem-solving skills
A proactive, ambitious, and results-driven approach
Fluency in English
Great communication and organisational skills
To be comfortable working in a fast-paced, diverse team environment
Full-time availability from early or late 2027
The ability to attend a Revolut office in your country of employment at least 3 days per week (this is a hybrid role)

Compensation range

Krakow: PLN18,400 - PLN18,400 gross monthly*
Poland: PLN18,400 - PLN18,400 gross monthly*
Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
