Job summary

Puig is seeking a Graduate Product Manager – Fragrance in Barcelona to support the development of marketing plans for the Prestige La Bomba project and a new project in development. The graduate will assist the teams on branding, packaging ideas and cross-functional coordination with marketing, design and product teams.

Ideal candidates have a university or master degree in Marketing, Design, or related field, 1–2 years of experience, English required, Spanish a plus, and a genuine interest in

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Design, Art or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (internships included).
• English mandatory; Spanish would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the creation and development of launches, moodboards, concepts, packaging ideas.
• Lead transversal mini projects within the marketing plan from ideation to delivery.
• Support innovation development steps and coordinate materials for successful launches.
• Coordinate with Trade, Merchandising, Training, Media, PR and other departments to implement plans.
• Create Marketing presentations for business meetings.
• Assist in content production for digital platforms and briefs for service providers.
