Revolut is seeking a Graduate Marketing Manager to lead roadmaps for strategic marketing initiatives across regional and channel-focused rotations. You’ll start with two core rotations to gain a deep understanding of our business and grow your skill set.

During the regional rotation, you’ll partner with local marketers to tailor campaigns and adapt global strategies to local markets, then in the channel rotation, work with branding, media buying, events, and partnerships to shape cutting-edge

Formación

• Fluency in Danish, Finnish, and/or Norwegian.
• Graduated in 2024 or 2025 from a top university.
• Minimum GPA of 60% (UK) or 8/10 in any other country.
• Prior evidence of interest in entrepreneurship, tech, or marketing.
• Solid project management skills and impeccable attention to detail.
• Creative storytelling skills and a keen interest in developing data and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full-time availability from June 2026.

Responsabilidades

• Working closely with local marketers to create tailored marketing efforts and adapt global strategies to local markets.
• Collaborating with team members to develop forward-thinking marketing strategies (recent campaigns include Audi Revolut F1 Team, NBA, and Sziget Festival).
• Leveraging analytical skills to influence key growth decisions and measure performance by monitoring and interpreting KPIs.
• Staying ahead in the field by working on the latest industry trends.
• Improving your planning abilities by creating comprehensive roadmaps for marketing initiatives.
• Supporting initiatives across different regions and channels to drive growth.
