Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Graduate Growth Marketing Manager to manage campaigns across key platforms and analyse performance to improve efficiency and growth. You will contribute to attribution and tracking in a privacy-first ecosystem, collaborating across Product, Data, and Engineering teams.

You’ll join a fast-growing team shaping how Revolut expands in new markets, accelerates acquisition, and boosts engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Graduated in 2025 or 2026 from a top university with a degree in mathematics, computer science, economics, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 60% (UK) or 8/10 in any other country.
• Prior evidence of interest in entrepreneurship, tech, or marketing.
• Solid project management skills and impeccable attention to detail.
• Creative storytelling skills and a keen interest in developing data and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full-time availability from October 2026.

Responsibilities

• Managing and optimising mobile campaigns across Google UAC, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads
• Analysing campaign performance data to improve ROAS and scale efficiently
• Supporting attribution setup and troubleshooting using AppsFlyer or Adjust
• Working with SKAN and ATT frameworks to ensure accurate tracking
• Collaborating with Product, Data, and Engineering teams on measurement challenges
• Monitoring KPIs and contributing to reporting and performance insights
• Running experiments (A/B tests, bidding, creatives) to improve results
• Identifying trends and opportunities within mobile marketing and attribution

What You'll Be Doing
