Bending Spoons in Madrid is seeking a data-focused professional to design and improve data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and scalable analytics across diverse tech stacks. You will partner with engineers to validate data, define metrics, and strengthen reporting and analytics capabilities.

You’ll build internal data products and tooling, supporting product teams with forecasting tools and dashboards. The role emphasizes leveraging AI to accelerate work, surface insights, and study market

• Design and improve data pipelines; ensure data is accurate, reliable, and efficiently processed across diverse tech stacks.
• Ensure data correctness and scalability; validate data, define metrics, and improve reporting and analytics robustness.
• Develop internal data products and tooling; build scalable reporting engines and forecasting tools for product teams.
• Support platform-wide decision-making; partner with multiple teams to provide analytics and modeling backbone for business planning.
• Leverage AI to accelerate work and surface insights; use AI tools to move faster and study trends and competition.
