Celonis invites a Madrid-based content marketer to join our content marketing team, shaping stories that resonate with prospects, customers, and stakeholders across formats. You don’t need professional writing experience, but you should tell a good story and stay curious about tech and SaaS.

You’ll dive into a variety of formats and channels, using performance insights to shape your work, collaborate with design and video, and grow with the team in Madrid.

Formación

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor or Master in a relevant field.
• Native or near-native English writer.
• Storytelling experience through student media, a personal Substack/blog, scriptwriting, or social media threads.
• Interest in learning about complex tech and the how/why behind it.
• Familiarity with AI today and eagerness to explore future AI solutions.
• Strong project management skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a self-starter mindset.
• Understanding of what makes content scroll-stopping on LinkedIn, YouTube, and podcasts.
• Excellent proofreading and attention to detail.
• Available for 12 months, 40h/week, based in Madrid, on-site.

Responsabilidades

• Understand the challenges of our prospects, stakeholders, and customers and brainstorm content ideas to solve them.
• Write clear, confident, conversational copy for a variety of formats and channels.
• Slice long-form assets into bite-sized, platform-specific content.
• Analyze content performance metrics to inform our content strategy.
• Collaborate daily with design, video, and other creatives to bring our writing to life.
• Build relationships with key SMEs across the business.
• Share big ideas and small fixes to keep Celonis on top.
