Sandoz, a global leader in biosimilar and generic medicines, seeks a Counsel for Group Governance Legal to provide governance counsel across the worldwide portfolio. You will focus on statutory governance, subsidiary boards, and governance effectiveness, advising affiliates and internal teams to ensure consistency with Group standards.

The role requires a law degree, 5+ years in governance-related functions, and fluent English.

Formación

• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to independently manage complex governance matters and advise senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide governance counsel and support across global subsidiaries, focusing on governance structures and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with affiliates, local Legal teams and internal stakeholders to ensure governance standards and timely approvals.
• Lead governance oversight, risk assessments and remediation actions across subsidiary governance matters.
• Coordinate with external counsel and other service providers as needed.
• Contribute to governance frameworks, assurance activities and related tools and communications.
