American Express in Madrid is seeking a governance professional to support the Legal Entity Governance and Control Team in all aspects related to Control Management programs at the entity level. You will engage with Operational Risk Committee activities, regulatory change analysis, and cross-functional presentations to drive governance excellence.

Formación
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong academic record.
- Previous working experience is expected.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Responsabilidades
- All responsibilities are to be handled at Legal Entity level, being Business Unit agnostic.
- Operational Risk Committee support: deck review, meeting minutes record, review of stakeholders and attendees.
- Regulatory Change Management Forum support: analysis of RCM inventory, contact with key stakeholders
- Control Management programs support: ORE and Issue analysis
- Ad hoc collaboration in the preparation of presentations and analysis for the department
