Randstad España seeks an experienced QC Scientist to join a regulated lab focused on biologic analysis. You will oversee testing workflows, manage client project timelines, and ensure GMP compliance.

Responsibilities include designing and executing QC assays with emphasis on HPLC, producing and reviewing CoA and CAPAs, and mentoring junior staff. English proficiency and GMP background are required, with shift flexibility.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related life sciences discipline.
• Hands-on experience developing and running HPLC methodologies.
• Strong GMP experience in a pharmaceutical QC laboratory.
• Exposure to protein characterization techniques (Western Blot, ELISA, or electrophoresis) is advantageous.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Flexibility to work designated morning or afternoon shift.

Responsabilidades

• Analytical execution and oversight of QC assays for biological products, with emphasis on HPLC.
• Serve as technical point of contact for external clients, ensuring milestones are met and communication is clear.
• Generate, review, and manage GMP documentation including SOPs, CoA, deviations, OOS investigations, and CAPAs.
• Mentor, direct, and supervise junior laboratory technicians to ensure accurate and safe workflows.
