Job summary

AWWG is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to define and safeguard our in-store identity across retail and wholesale channels. You will bridge HQ brand directors with field VM teams to drive sales and maintain high visual standards.

You will lead the development of VM guidelines, oversee store openings and showroom setups, and train local staff on display techniques while traveling across locations to ensure consistent execution.

Qualifications

• Proven Visual Merchandising experience across HQ and field coordination.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Proficient with MS Office and VM tools for guidelines.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Bridge HQ brand directors with field VM teams to align goals.
• Define VM strategies for key stores balancing brand and foot traffic.
• Create VM guidelines and monitor execution across formats.
• Develop bi-weekly/monthly display updates.
• Coordinate campaign visuals and seasonal imagery.
• Train Area Managers and store staff on display techniques.
• Lead VM execution during store openings and renovations.
• Audit stores and provide real-time floor feedback.
