Job summary

P&G in Mataro, Spain, seeks an International Transport Operations Planner to build cross-border shipments, optimize service and cost KPIs, and collaborate with T-Ops Planners to improve processes. You will apply global standards to meet service at lowest cost and work in a hybrid environment.

Fluent Spanish and English, leadership, Excel mastery, and knowledge of Power BI/Power Apps are valued. Entry-level role with growth opportunities and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Studies or training related to logistics valued.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English language.
• High level of leadership, initiative, proactiveness, autonomy & flexibility.
• Fluent Office 365, especially Excel, Outlook and MS Teams.
• Good communication skills (capture information, sharing information, short presentations, summarizing).
• Nice to have: Knowledge in Power BI, Power Apps, API, SQL or Python and database queries.

Responsibilities

• Build cross-border shipments using global standard work processes.
• Control and improve KPIs in service, cost, cash, sustainability.
• Collaborate with other T-Ops Planners to optimize processes and systems.
• Support continuous learning and improvements across the transport network.
