EDP is seeking a Transfer Pricing Intern to support day-to-day management of transfer pricing across the group. You will help with documentation, data analysis and benchmarking, gaining experience in international tax matters across Europe, North America, LATAM and APAC.

You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, HR and other teams to collect information, perform research on OECD guidelines and assist with audits and information requests under senior supervision.

Formación

• Final year student or recent graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Law or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting and finance concepts.
• Interest in Transfer Pricing and International Taxation.
• Strong ability to work with large datasets and numerical information.
• Good research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency level of English.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the preparation, update and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking studies and supporting files across multiple jurisdictions.
• Assist in gathering, validating and analysing financial and operational data required for transfer pricing compliance and reporting purposes.
• Support the monitoring of intercompany transactions and help ensure consistency with the Group's transfer pricing policies.
• Assist the team during transfer pricing audits, tax inspections and information requests from tax authorities.
• Conduct research on transfer pricing legislation, OECD Guidelines, tax developments and relevant case law under the supervision of senior team members.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Legal, HR and other business areas to collect information required for transfer pricing analyses and documentation.
• Support transfer pricing projects related to intercompany services, financial transactions, business restructurings and other strategic initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, reports, summaries and other materials to support the team's activities.
• Perform other related duties as required.
