Job summary

Avolta, a global leader in travel retail, is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to drive product strategy and execution for selected areas within the Commercial Optimization function, including pricing, assortment, promotions and inventory optimization.

Working with stakeholders, data scientists, BI engineers and technology teams, you will translate business needs into scalable product solutions that improve commercial performance.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of product management, programme management or related delivery experience.
• Experience working with engineering, analytics, BI or data science teams.
• Track record of delivering products or programmes with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Owns the product roadmap for assigned commercial domains and contributes to the portfolio strategy.
• Translates objectives into prioritized product initiatives with clear success metrics.
• Drives end-to-end delivery from discovery to deployment and adoption.
• Coordinates cross-functional delivery with planning, backlog refinement, and reviews.
• Maintains governance, KPIs and status reporting across stakeholders.
