CEVA Logistics is seeking a Global Systems Project Management Senior Specialist to lead the NEXTGEN OPTYMEE rollout across Contract Logistics. You will govern deployments, drive adoption, and ensure value realization while aligning with the One Data/CDP initiatives to anchor the program in CEVA culture.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or IT, at least 3 years in international programs, and experience with IT systems in Contract Logistics; familiarity with Blue

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management and/or Information Technology.
• Experience with IT systems applied to Contract Logistics.
• Minimum 3 years operational experience, preferably Warehousing or Production environment.
• Experience in working in an international business environment and large-scale transformation programs.

Responsabilités

• Govern global rollout of OPTYMEE across Contract Logistics sites, ensuring sponsorship, planning, and controlled deployment.
• Drive adoption and change management, including communications and training alignment.
• Build and animate global super-user/ambassador networks for OPTYMEE and DAS.
• Define, capture and validate operational benefits; align with performance objectives.
• Ensure deployments comply with governance, data privacy and security requirements.
• Coordinate cross-system and program integration within CEVA Strategy.
• Provide structured reporting to regional leaders and stakeholders on rollout status and value realization.
