Werfen in Barcelona seeks a Global Sustainability Customer Specialist to translate complex sustainability data, product information and regulatory developments into clear, credible customer-facing content. You will support tenders, customer questionnaires and procurement requests while helping internal teams communicate the organisation's sustainability credentials effectively.

This role sits across Sustainability, Commercial, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain and Regulatory teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
• Proven experience in sustainability, ESG, product stewardship, or related field.
• Ability to translate complex sustainability data into clear customer-facing content.

Responsabilidades

• Support tenders, customer questionnaires, procurement requests and supplier assessments.
• Develop standardised responses, FAQs, templates and supporting evidence for recurring customer requirements.
• Turn sustainability data into clear insights for commercial audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across markets to respond to evolving customer needs.
• Create high-quality presentations and sales enablement materials.
