Job summary

Airbus Operations SL seeks a Supply Chain and Quality Manager to oversee OTOQ performance for interior prepregs and textile materials. You will interface with suppliers and plants across Europe, drive quality approvals, NPI, and recovery plans, and lead industrial audits to ensure continuous improvement.

With 4+ years in Quality or Supply Chain, you will manage risk, support tender processes, and develop suppliers while enabling cross-functional collaboration in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or related technical discipline.
• 4+ years in Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement or Logistics; manufacturing background is a plus.
• High autonomy; strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
• Fluent English; German knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Europe (~5 days/month).

Responsibilities

• Ensure OTOQ performance for interior prepregs and textile/infusion materials; interface between suppliers and internal plants.
• Lead supplier quality approval, manage NPI, and oversee quality recovery plans (8D).
• Perform industrial audits to detect deviations, propose solutions, validate supplier action plans.
• Identify supply risks with CSG and implement recovery plans for continuity during bottlenecks.
• Support supplier selection during tenders, manage Transfers of Work, lead logistics improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Monitor and develop suppliers per Airbus sourcing strategy; ensure capacity and industrial maturity.
