Roca Group is seeking a Corporate Supplier Quality Manager to shape and lead the global supplier quality strategy across regions and plants, ensuring our supplier network delivers products meeting top quality standards. The role requires 8-12+ years in supplier/manufacturing quality within global organizations, strong audits and root-cause analysis, KPI management, and experience with OEM/ODM environments.

Fluent English and travel up to 25% are expected.

Formación

• 8-12+ years in Supplier Quality or Manufacturing Quality within global, multi-site organizations.
• Proven expertise in supplier audits, root cause analysis, KPI management, and supplier development.
• Experience in OEM/ODM environments is highly valued.
• Strong leadership, influencing and intercultural communication skills.
• Structured, analytical mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
• Fluent English; willing to travel internationally up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement a standardized SQM process across regions and business units.
• Partner with Procurement to embed quality in sourcing and supplier contracts.
• Lead global supplier audits and qualification with risk-based methodologies.
• Develop supplier maturity models and drive improvement programs for strategic and underperforming suppliers.
• Own the supplier complaint and escalation process with robust root cause analysis.
• Oversee OEM/ODM supplier quality management and integrate outsourced manufacturing into the quality framework.
• Define and manage supplier KPIs and scorecards (defects, audits, cost of quality, delivery).
• Lead supplier-related risk management to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949.
