Job summary

Jobgether SRL on behalf of a partner is seeking a Global SQE Manager based in Europe to lead the global supplier quality organization and drive continuous improvement across international operations.

You will oversee supplier qualification, audits, CAPA, and development programs, ensuring APQP/PPAP and regulatory standards are met while collaborating with Procurement, Engineering, and Manufacturing Quality teams. The role is remote within Europe with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant engineering/quality field with significant supplier quality experience.
• Proven leadership of SQE activities across multiple sites or regions in a global setting.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and supplier validation processes is required.
• Experience with supplier audits, CAPA, and supplier development programs is essential.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a global supplier quality strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead the global SQE organization, developing talent and driving continuous improvement.
• Manage supplier qualification, audits, and performance reviews.
• Lead supplier audits, CAPA, and risk assessment activities to reduce defects.
• Drive APQP/PPAP, Safe Launch, and supplier validation activities where applicable.
• Develop supplier scorecards and reporting for quality, delivery and COPQ.
