Horse Powertrain in Madrid is seeking a senior procurement leader to own and govern global supplier lifecycle management and strategic category governance. You will define policies, KPIs, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives while leading onboarding, qualification, and performance frameworks across multinational teams.

You will drive supplier panel strategy, resilience, and sustainability initiatives, enabling data-driven decisions through analytics and digital tools.

• Experience in strategic procurement and supplier lifecycle management within complex multinational organizations.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional transformation or procurement excellence initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing senior leadership in global environments.

Responsabilités

• Own and govern global Supplier Lifecycle Management and Strategic Category Panel Management processes.
• Define and deploy policies, governance models, standards, methodologies, and KPIs.
• Develop and execute global roadmaps aligned with Procurement strategy and business objectives.
• Lead supplier onboarding, qualification, segmentation, performance, development, and exit frameworks.
• Drive supplier panel strategy, optimization, competitiveness, resilience, innovation, and sustainability initiatives.
• Enable data-driven decision-making through analytics, reporting, digital tools, and governance frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional transformation, change management, and capability development initiatives.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure process compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
